Typical quote based on a typical 2 bedroom property that we aim to finish ready for pre-tenancy clean in 3-5 days includes the supply and cost of all materials: 

 

Bronze: £700
  • Rake out, fill and smooth cracks, make good the surface of the walls

  • Water damage areas are sealed with a primer

  • Two coats of matt emulsion to all walls and ceilings. 

Silver: £1000

Includes Bronze plus 
  • Sanding, filling and making good any areas of woodwork including doors that have fallen into disrepair, prime any exposed areas.

  • Apply undercoat and topcoats of eggshell, sanding down between coats.

Gold: £1500

Includes Bronze and Silver 
  • Gloss finish instead of eggshell to all woodwork.
